About the position:

Picture this: You’re leading the charge in crafting a next-gen digital wallet—one that’s intuitive, secure, and lightning-fast. This isn’t just another app; it’s the gateway for users to interact with Polkadot and the decentralised world beyond.

• Architect & Build – You’ll design and develop a fluid, high-performance mobile and web wallet that empowers users to manage crypto assets effortlessly.

• Bridge Web2 and Web3 – Your work will ensure a seamless transition between traditional fintech experiences and decentralised technologies.

• Innovate & Optimise – Tackle challenges like gas fee optimisations, cross-chain transactions, and zero-trust security models.

• Create Beautiful UX – Work alongside designers to build smooth, intuitive interfaces that make crypto adoption easy for everyone.

• Stay Cutting-Edge – Implement the latest blockchain SDKs, cryptographic security measures, and real-time transaction tracking.

• Collaborate Globally – Work with engineers, product managers, and the wider blockchain community to push the limits of what’s possible.

About you:

You’ll be working with

• Frontend: React Native, TypeScript, React (for web wallet)

• Mobile: Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android)

• Backend: Node.js, GraphQL, Firebase, Go (occasionally)

• Security: End-to-end encryption, Secure Enclave, biometric authentication

• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Who You Are

• A mobile/web developer with a passion for Web3, DeFi, or crypto applications.

• Comfortable building for both native (iOS/Android) and web platforms

• Excited to solve complex problems in scalability, UX, and decentralised technologies.

Nice To Have

• Familiar with wallet security, cryptography, and blockchain interactions.

• Blockchain: Substrate, Polkadot.js, Ethereum Web3.js, Rust (for deeper blockchain integrations)
