About You You’re an inventive designer who leverages motion graphics to translate conceptual thinking into prolific visual moments and expressions. You are ready to make an impact across brand, marketing and also product, through potent and cohesive visuals. You combine creative instincts and skillful craft of various design tools, with a particular focus on motion design and animation to bring ideas to life and into the world. You proactively seek solutions, move fast by default, communicate clearly and consistently take accountability for your own work within the dynamic of a larger team. Key Responsibilities

Work closely with and consistently take direction and feedback from the Art Director and Design Director on the team, with oversight from the Head of Brand. Collaborate directly with the Marketing team on product positioning and product features to design creative comms for announcements, social content, campaigns and more. Translate product features and value propositions into marketing assets, specifically representing and/or abstracting UI elements from within the product into captivating marketing expressions. Create and deliver polished final designs and elements (static and motion) for campaigns, social content, landing pages, emails, in-product, and more. Develop and maintain a library of reusable image and motion graphics templates. Cultivate a curiosity and understanding of the product within the crypto landscape in order to support storytelling and content across channels with relevant audiences. Ideate and design impactful and captivating marketing creative that aligns with the brand identity. Stay ahead of design and animation tools and emerging technologies to keep our visuals fresh and inventive.

What We’re Looking For
