Our team works exclusively with C-suite executives and founders, providing strategic insights and solutions to meet their and their teams’ unique needs.

About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager with agency recruitment experience, you will leverage your agency recruitment experience to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their unique needs, and ensure they achieve their desired outcomes using our solutions. You will be the trusted advisor for our customers, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing support to maximize their success.

This position offers a unique and exciting opportunity for individuals with agency recruitment experience to transition into a customer engagement role in tech. Your background in managing client relationships and understanding recruitment challenges makes you ideally suited to provide customized guidance and support to our clients. This role not only leverages your expertise in a new and impactful way but also opens doors to further career growth in the rapidly evolving space.

Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Agency Recruitment Expertise: Utilize your background in agency recruitment to understand the specific challenges and goals of HR departments. 
    • Product Advocacy: Promote the benefits and features of our platform, encouraging clients to utilize its full potential. Gather and relay customer feedback to our product development team for continuous improvement.
    • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of technical or process-related problems.
    • Success Metrics: Monitor and analyze customer success metrics, including usage patterns, satisfaction levels, and retention rates. Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive value.

Qualifications

    • Proven experience in agency recruitment, with a track record of building and managing your own client book.
    • Background in high-stakes, fast-paced, and sensitive recruiting sectors such as finance, tech, legal or executive search.
    • Strong understanding of the hiring process and HR challenges faced by organizations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills.
