• We have over 90,000 stakers with a total fund volume exceeding +$200 million.
• We work with the largest crypto products – Toknkeeper, TON Space, OKX, KuCoin, Bitget Walet, HOT Wallet, etc.
• We are actively growing and exploring new directions for our business; there will be many tasks ahead.

Role overview: In this role, you’ll handle both B2B and retail marketing, with a focus on B2B partnerships and collaborations. You’ll dive deep into TON ecosystem, keep an eye on key metrics, and build relationships with top projects to help us grow fast. This is a hands-on role in a startup environment, so we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take on a variety of tasks.

What You’ll do:

• Stay engaged in the market: Understand the main products and players on TON ecosystem and build relationships across DeFi.
• Use your DeFi knowledge: Promote our staking and DeFi tools—no need for a crash course on the basics.
• Drive metrics: Track important metrics like LTV, ER, ROMI, and CTR to guide our marketing moves.
• Handle both B2B and retail: Build partnerships with top-tier exchanges, TVL projects, and more.
• Adapt to startup life: Embrace the variety and high workload that comes with startup life. We need someone fully committed to our project.

What we’re looking for:

• Web3 experience: At least 2 years in Web3 Marketing and/or BizDev, ideally with reputable projects in the DeFi space.
• Consistent work history: We’re looking for stability—no frequent job-hopping.
• Proactive mindset: Bonus if you’ve participated in hackathons, started your own project, or created professional content.
• Solid DeFi knowledge: You know DeFi tools, staking, and liquidity pools.
• Fluent English (C1-C2): You’ll be working with international partners, so strong English skills are a must.
