  Here at Bomb Crypto, we're focused on building a decentralized metaverse where real gaming meets the crypto economy. Users command NFT unique Bomb Heroes to battle monsters + other players in PvP/PvE modes, mine BCOIN tokens, and trade assets. We've attracted over 1M participants and we plan to break our 2026 growth goals with the help of an experienced project manager to aid our team lead's in all the areas outlined below

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager who thrives on communication, organization, and execution. In this role, you’ll help be the hub connecting leadership across the West/East, ensuring our business operations run smoothly as we continue a heavy growth focused year. You’ll own and assist in coordination for project plans, role calls, workflows, and cross-functional initiatives keeping everything on track ahead of major milestones.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in being the central point of coordination across our team, ensuring seamless communication and handoffs.
• Help in owning project plans end-to-end — timelines, risks, contingencies, follow-ups — with clarity and accountability.
• Reduce meeting load by proactively summarizing decisions and circulating updates.
• Drive operational readiness for major milestones by coordinating priorities and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and dashboards that give leadership visibility into status, blockers, and next steps.
• Anticipate risks and propose contingency plans that keep execution on track.
• Foster a positive, professional, and proactive team environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in operations, project management, or program management.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication and people management skills. Able to push clarity and accountability without friction.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Proficient with project management
