Overview:
Weāre looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the web3 B2B world, ideally with strong connections in New York, to help us grow faster and smarter. Youāll focus on building relationships, improving how we work across teams, and making sure our GTM effort runs smoothly.
This is a hands-on role where youāll collaborate closely with other BD and Operations professionals, as well as multiple other internal and external stakeholders to move things in the right direction.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain partnerships with potential clients and other players in the web3 space
Help identify new business opportunities through our network and market insights
Help create simple, scalable processes for GTM workflows (e.g. onboarding new partners or tracking leads)
Keep internal documentation and information up to date
Own GTM roadmap. Identify, prioritize, and lead the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Develop and drive roadmaps to meet and exceed client-defined KPIs
Manage and execute cross-functional projects involving vendors, operations, product, and engineering teams, ensuring timely and successful completion of objectives
Maintain and cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met
Assess and seamlessly integrate vendors as required, optimizing for efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements:
2-4 years in a GTM, Partnerships, or Sales enablement, ideally in web3 or tech
Strong knowledge of the web3 B2B ecosystem and a solid network in New York
A proactive mindset to notice gaps and fix them before they become problems
Comfort working with data, tools, and dashboards
Ability to work independently but also collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in global tech environments
Ability to keep multiple priorities on track and maintain a CRM
Work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote flexibility with consistent in-person presence at AR's New York City office for key team and partner interactions
Be available to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, and team offsites as needed
