Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Futures institutional clients and corresponding VIP Manager, particularly quantitative trading teams and high-frequency trading (HFT) firms.
    • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their specific trading needs and challenges.
    • Identify growth opportunities for clients and acquire resources to help realize these opportunities, especially in the realm of low-latency trading and advanced order types.
    • Guide clients through Binance's product offerings, VIP structure, and key platform updates, with a focus on features relevant to algorithmic and high-frequency trading.
    • Provide support for client VIP upgrades and product configurations, particularly those related to API access and co-location services.
    • Analyze user behavior, track status, and identify hidden needs of quantitative trading teams, producing in-depth analysis reports for key clients.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to address client-specific issues related to order execution, market data feeds, and trading system performance.

Requirements:

    • At least 3~5 years of working experience in crypto product management or sales functions within financial/trading institutions, with a focus on serving quantitative trading firms or HFT clients.
    • Extensive product knowledge from working in exchanges, brokers, or trading firms, particularly in areas related to market microstructure and order matching engines.
    • Deep understanding of common quantitative trading strategies, market-making techniques, and how HFT firms operate to generate profits.
    • Strong client management skills, including maintaining relationships with technical teams and traders, organizing client profiles, and incentivizing client business activities.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • In-depth understanding of trading systems, including order management systems, execution algorithms, and low-latency infrastructure.
    • Proficiency in discussing API integration, WebSocket connections, and FIX protocol implementations with client technical teams.
    • Familiarity with performance metrics relevant to HFT, such as order-to-trade ratios, fill rates, and latency statistics.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive requests from high-priority clients.
    • Passionate about crypto with industry experience, particularly in crypto derivatives and spot markets.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading data and provide insights to clients for optimizing their trading strategies.
    • Experience with programming languages commonly used in quantitative finance (e.g., Python, C++, Java) is a plus.
    • Willingness to stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology, DeFi and CeFi, and crypto market structure.
