Job Overview
As the Partner Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products or services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, understanding their needs, and aligning our resources to meet those needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include partner strategy, managing partner onboarding, providing ongoing support, and determining ways to enhance partner success and maximize their value to our organization. This will be a hands-on role with expectation to build / lead function as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Onboarding: Help building / solidify an onboarding playbook and lead the onboarding process for new partners - ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary resources and training to set them up for success.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with partners, serving as their main point of contact and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Helping to prioritize and escalate issues within D3.
- Partner Support: Provide ongoing support to partners, offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions to ensure their continued success and satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs to ensure success and revenue goals, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales, engineering) to develop strategic plans and initiatives aimed at enhancing partner success, driving growth, and maximizing mutual value.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from partners regarding our products, services, and partnership experience, and relay insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, events, and resources to empower partners and enhance their knowledge and capabilities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and coordination in supporting partner success and achieving organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Familiarity with Web3 technologies such as Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, Binance Smart Chain, and related blockchain platforms a plus
- Familiarity with Domain name industry and business model a plus
- Proven experience in partner management, account management, or business development roles within the Web3 ecosystem, particularly in decentralized finance (DeFi) or blockchain technology sectors (crypto, exchanges, marketplaces, NFT’s, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate decentralized networks and engage with diverse Web3 stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing partner needs and challenges.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and other relevant software tools (Hubspot, Notion, Jira, Google Docs, etc.)
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, decentralized environment.
- Knowledge of decentralized identity (DID), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), and other emerging trends in the Web3 space is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
