Our client is a Blockchain Infrastructure firm who is on a mission to enable elite infrastructure performance for billions of transactions at the intersection of Web3 and commerce.

As Operations & Special Projects Manager, you will play an active partnership role with the executive management team at a critical and exciting inflection point for the business. You will be asked to identify and solve strategic and operational challenges through data collection, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help improve upon existing operational processes, support the operations of various business lines, contribute to building and supporting new products, and identify new opportunities for growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES

● Develop and maintain operational performance metrics, implementing a roadmaps to ensure all deliverable and goals are met (or exceeded)

● Serve as a thought partner to sharpen the work of other staff, reviewing recommendations, providing feedback, and refining drafts and products

● Spearhead special initiatives and projects at the direction of the executive team

● Proactively follow up with C-suite and functional leads to ensure that goals are being met and actions are being pursued to completion

● Provide backup to C-suite on high impact tasks such as budget development, overseeing a recruitment processes, creating business development and/or fundraising collateral, and building culture

● Improve internal decision making and help scale operations through processes, systems, and people


QUALIFICATIONS

● Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; entrepreneurial experience is a plus

● A unique determination and drive that results in superior effort and insight

● Highly organized, analytical, and accountable; with a particular focus on attention to detail

● Pragmatic and solutions-oriented - always looking for more efficient and effective ways to do things

● Able to move fluidly between collaborative and independent work >

● Ability to distill complex concepts and to convey messages succinctly and thoroughly to a all audiences

● Experienced at moderating discussions with groups small to large both asynchronously and in person

● A willingness to grow and adapt with an exciting company in a high-growth space

REQUIREMENTS

● Experience in either management consulting or operations at a high-growth company

● Demonstrated interest in crypto & blockchain space

● Proven aptitude to manage many competing projects and priorities, with various levels of interdependencies

● Exceptional powerpoint and excel skills; and an ability to pick up new tools/systems quickly

● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
