Logos is a movement supporting the development of the decentralised web. Logos technologies lay the foundations for a freer internet upon which communities can evolve into network states. Each protocol in the Logos stack seeks to empower its users while upholding civil liberties and fundamental freedoms. About IFT: IFT (https://free.technology/) is a pioneering force in the Web3 ecosystem, committed to the development, adoption, and accessibility of solutions to digital age problems; guided by our principles: liberty, censorship resistance, security, privacy, and inclusivity. Our mission is to build public goods to safeguard civil liberties in the digital age. As a team, IFT has been completely distributed since inception. Our team is currently 200+ core contributors strong, and welcomes a growing number of community members from all walks of life, scattered all around the globe. We care deeply about open source, and our organisational structure has minimal hierarchy and no fixed work hours. We believe in working with a high degree of autonomy while supporting the organisation's priorities. Under IFT are a number of projects including Logos (https://logos.co/) which is where this fundraise will be focused. Also useful to be aware of: Status (https://status.app/), Status Network (https://status.network/), Keycard (https://keycard.tech/en) & Nimbus (https://nimbus.team/) The Role Offers: Direct impact: Your network and execution skills directly fuel our growth Existing backers: Backed by substantial historical capital deployment with clear thesis alignment Clear path to success: Defined metrics, proven product-market fit, and ready-to-deploy capital Mission-Driven Role: We're seeking a driven, personable Fundraising Manager who thrives on daily outreach, to help us successfully fundraise for Logos and explore institutional avenues for future funding with HNWI, family offices, and institutions that have an interest in confidential infrastructure for wealth management. This is a sales role with direct P&L impact: you'll own the entire capital raise process, from crafting high-conviction narratives to closing commitments and managing post-investment relationships. You'll refine and polish our pitch deck and data room, proactively reach out to investors from your own network alongside cold outreach, and speak with potential investors daily to build relationships and move conversations forward. Success is measured in capital secured, LOIs signed, and investor commitments converted. If you're someone who is comfortable with pure sales, thrives on outreach, builds rapport quickly, and has an existing or emerging investor network interested in Web3 and digital assets, we'd love to hear from you. Why This Role Is Different: Unlike traditional IR roles, you'll function as a capital markets operator, leveraging hybrid Web3 instruments including SAFTs and building relationships with crypto-native angels, VCs, family offices managing digital asset allocations, and institutional allocators seeking privacy infrastructure exposure. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future success of IFT, who has been operating as a blockchain venture studio, and comprises a number of web3 infrastructure projects.
