Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our North America market entry. This role requires a true sales hunter who thrives in fast-moving environments, is deeply connected in the Web3 and DeFi ecosystems, and can hustle to deliver new business opportunities. You will be the driving force in expanding OSL Pay’s presence and partnerships in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build OSL Pay’s presence from zero to market leader in North America
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with Crypto Exchanges, Wallets, Institutions, and other Web3-native businesses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, especially in the DeFi and crypto communities
- Promote OSL Pay’s on-ramp and off-ramp solutions to institutional and retail-focused partners
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with product and operations teams to tailor solutions for the North American market
- Represent OSL Pay at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Requirements:
- Native American English speaker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant BD or sales experience in Web3, crypto, exchange, or institutional finance
- Proven track record as a sales hunter with a drive to win new business
- Deep understanding of the Web3 and DeFi ecosystems, with strong industry connections
- Ability to hustle and operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with crypto wallets or wallet infrastructure is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams
