About Circuit

Circuit is redefining institutional digital asset security. Our breakthrough Automatic Asset Extraction™ ensures uninterrupted asset access during outages and key compromise scenarios, solving critical edge cases for custodians, exchanges, and capital allocators. We're backed by top-tier investors, led by a founding team with deep crypto and infra experience, and are preparing to launch our new product line alongside a major rebrand and exclusive coverage in Fortune.

Now that our infrastructure is live, we’re entering go-to-market mode, and we’re hiring a sharp, execution-focused Business Development Manager to help us build pipeline and close early deals with the most sophisticated players in custody, insurance, and institutional crypto.

About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on, mid-level sales role reporting directly to Tom Gillingham, VP Growth and Strategy, working closely with the founding team. You’ll be joining at a critical moment, product is ready, messaging is clear, and the market is waiting. We know exactly which partnerships we need to form, and we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

This role is ideal for someone with a network in the institutional crypto ecosystem (custodians, prime brokers, insurers, etc.) and a strong understanding of the custody tech stack.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and qualify top-of-funnel pipeline across custody, insurance, and institutional clients
  • Own outreach, discovery, and early-stage relationship management
  • Run product demos, communicate value, and tailor messaging to stakeholder needs
  • Work closely with the CEO and co-founders on sales strategy, target accounts, and partnership formation
  • Eventually own and scale the sales process as the team grows

  • What We’re Looking For
    • 3–5 years in B2B or enterprise crypto sales (custody, infra, compliance, or security preferred)
    • Strong existing network across firms like Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, Anchorage, etc.
    • Demonstrated ability to prospect, execute, and close mid-to-high ticket deals
    • Independent, proactive, and low-ego—you like to move fast, iterate, and do the work
    • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
    • Based in a compatible time zone (UK/EU or US East Coast strongly preferred)

  • Why Join Circuit?
    • A category-defining product solving real edge cases in custody
    • Exceptional founding team with deep crypto + technical experience
    • Huge greenfield opportunity, we’re just getting started
    • Competitive compensation with significant upside (commission + equity)
    • Remote-first culture, but rooted in NYC + London

    Interview Process:

    1. 30-min call
    2. Live walkthrough: how you’d approach key verticals, account strategy
    3. Final founder chat with optional team meet-and-greet

If you’ve sold into crypto custody or institutional DeFi and want to help bring a high-assurance, security-first product to market, this is your moment.
