Cryptio

Cryptio is an enterprise-grade crypto back-office platform. Our software helps financial institutions, corporates and crypto-native companies navigate the fragmented digital-asset landscape with confidence. We have raised $26m to date and are backed by tier-1 crypto and non crypto investors: Point Nine, 1kx, BlueYard, Tim Draper, Alven and Ledger Cathay. Some of our clients include top institutions like Circle, Uniswap or the Government of El Salvador.

We're tackling one of the biggest challenges in crypto right now - building the infrastructure to help institutional adoption. And we're playing to win.

Overview
Cryptio has been the leading back office solution in the digital assets space. Cryptio has been expanding across different product offerings within the Accounting, Reconciliation and Loan Management space on our way to become the data platform of choice for regulated enterprises adopting digital assets. As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we're expanding our capabilities through deep integrations with third-party platforms— custody providers, exchanges, and more.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Integrations to lead the development and execution of our integrations strategy. You’ll play a key role in making Cryptio interoperable across the digital asset ecosystem and building seamless, scalable, and secure integrations that power critical financial workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for third-party integrations that align with Cryptio’s strategic priorities and enterprise customers’ needs.

  • Work closely with strategic partners (e.g., ERP platforms, custodians, exchanges, wallets) to scope, build, and launch robust integrations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, sales, and data teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of integrations.

  • Translate customer pain points and business use cases into scalable integration solutions, API requirements, and workflow enhancements.

  • Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes for integrations based on market trends, technical constraints, and strategic value.

  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure integrations are secure, performant, and scalable.

  • Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise integration adoption, performance, and reliability.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gather feedback, run discovery sessions, and maintain a deep understanding of customer workflows.

  • Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to champion the integrations roadmap and evangelise new capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on platform/API products or third-party integrations.

  • Proven track record of launching integrations with external platforms, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, authentication, data pipelines, and integration architectures.

  • Experience working with or integrating ERP, custody, or financial infrastructure platforms is a strong plus.

  • Customer-centric and discovery-driven mindset; strong advocate for customer success and solving real-world pain points.

  • Skilled in agile development methodologies, with a hands-on approach to product discovery and delivery.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making prioritisation decisions in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external audiences.

  • Experience in fintech, crypto, accounting tech, or regulated industries is a big plus.
