What you will do:

Establish and review the Cash Game offering (including stakes, rake structure etc) to sustain a good ecology. Create, edit and maintain the Tournament structures and schedule to maximise the guaranteed prizes and minimize the overlays. Master the tools such as (Poker-specific) back-offices, Excel/Google Sheets, internal communication software etc. Review suspicious results to help our Security team maintain a fair and secure environment. Suggest new ideas and features to further develop the offering, policies and security.  Come up with Poker Promotions ideas to make the offering more appealing. Help other members of the Poker team when needed.

What you will bring:

Extensive poker experience either in a similar role or as Floor Manager/Tournament Director in a physical Poker Room/Casino. Familiar with (Online) Poker tournaments and cash game features. Strong understanding of Poker Ecology and Data Analysis. Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira.

Bonus points if you also have:

Sports & Gambling industry knowledge is advantageous. Cryptocurrency industry knowledge would be advantageous. (Online) Sportsbook and/or Casino and/or Bingo knowledge. Bachelor/Masters in STEM or Economics. Fluency in a second language.
