Your mission:
 
- Assist on various corporate matters: preparation of shareholders meetings, setting up of new subsidiaries, share capital increase, change of bylaws, issuance and exercise of ESOP instruments (i.e., BSPCE, BSA, free shares, stock-options, etc.), etc.
- Assist on any potential transactions: fundraising, M&A, financing, etc.
- Assist on the implementation and improvement of Ledger's Compliance Policy (anti-corruption, sanctions, etc.).
- Assist on the management of the group insurance policies.
- Assist on the review and drafting of G&A contracts, third-party on-boarding, legal processes and other administrative tasks.
- Perform legal research tasks.
- Be prepared to jump in and support the wider legal team outside of the Corporate and Compliance Legal Team depending on Legal Team and business needs.


What we’re looking for:

- You are doing or have a Master degree, DJCE or similar degree in Corporate Law (CRFPA would be a plus).
- You already have previous meaningful internship experience in Corporate law.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication, drafting and presentation skills in French and English, allowing you to interact with international teams and to work on matters in French and English.
- You are pragmatic and can manage ambiguity.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, resilient and able to prioritize matters.
- You can create and maintain solid, trusting working relationships.
- You are detail-oriented and can analyze and simplify complex issues.
- You are flexible, personable and willing to embrace change in an industry that is fast-paced and constantly evolving.
- You have some knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3 or are keen on learning about the space.
