About Crossmint

Crossmint is a one-stop-shop developer platform for building modern financial applications, from the next generation of fintechs to applications that leverage AI agent–driven commerce.
With just a few lines of code, developers can integrate programmable wallets, stablecoin payments, tokenization, on/off ramps, compliance, and agentic commerce tools — all from a single vendor, without the need for a large team of blockchain engineers.
From companies like MoneyGram and Visa to entire nation states, our more than 40,000 clients use Crossmint to launch new financial products, tokenize assets, and build applications for agentic commerce — all on fully managed infrastructure across 50+ chains.
If you want to help build the backbone of programmable finance and agentic systems, we’d love to work with you!

Location

New York City. Office located in SoHo.

Type of Employment

Full-time. Hybrid setting.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic operator to define how Crossmint grows: What we build, how we package it, and how we capture value.
This is a cross-functional leadership role that blends product intuition, business acumen, and analytical depth. You’ll own pricing and monetization across our suite, partner with product and GTM teams to inform roadmap direction, and bring clarity to complex questions about what drives usage, revenue, and retention.
You’ll help shape our operating model, how we build, and how we scale intelligently. If you think in systems, obsess over clarity, and want to architect the business behind the product, this is your role.

What You Will Do

Strategy: Help define what we build, for whom, and why. Partner with product and GTM to set roadmap priorities.
Strategic Projects: Lead and execute high-impact cross-functional initiatives — from launching new products to solving complex operational, strategic, and client challenges.
Bridge between GTM and product: Help the go-to-market team unblock deals, find creative solutions, and move fast to close opportunities. Feed real-world insights from the field back into product and engineering to shape roadmap and enhance execution.
Data: Lead the data function — owning infrastructure, analytics, and insights that power decision-making across the company.
GTM enablement: Lead the built-out systems and workflows to make the GTM team more efficient — automating workflows, streamlining processes, and enabling the team to sell and support customers more effectively.
Pricing: Own pricing strategy, monetization models, and product-tier design across the platform.

About You

You’re a structured thinker with a bias for action. You’ve operated in the grey zone between product, finance, and GTM, and you love it there. You’re comfortable owning strategy without needing permission, and you bring clarity to complexity through models, frameworks, and clean narratives. You understand what makes crypto different, and why pricing, packaging, and product strategy need to evolve in parallel.
You bring 7+ years of experience in management consulting, product strategy, bizops, pricing, or GTM at a high-growth startup.
You’ve worked in crypto, fintech, or dev tools, and know what it takes to move from early adopters to scaled adoption.
You have a sharp business and analytical mind, with the ability to move between revenue models, roadmap tradeoffs, and customer feedback.
You understand how to build pricing and packaging from first principles, and not simply inherit what came before.
You’re comfortable being deep in data, but also shaping cross-functional strategy in a fast-paced, high-conviction team.

Why Join Crossmint?

Crossmint is building the onchain backbone for the next wave of internet-native companies. We’ve abstracted the complexity of blockchain so that developers, and their customers, can build friction free.
As Head of Product Strategy, you’ll help define how that value gets packaged, priced, and scaled. You’ll be joining at a moment when our products are gaining traction across multiple verticals, and we need a clear strategic lens to guide what’s next.
You’ll work directly with founders and senior leaders to shape roadmap priorities, own monetization strategy, and bring structure to high-impact, cross-functional questions. If you’ve been looking for a role where you can combine product instincts with business depth, and leave your fingerprints on a fast-moving, high-conviction company, this is it.

Compensation & Benefits

We’re offering competitive and generous compensation, with meaningful equity and upside.
Unlimited, flexible PTO.
Flexible work schedule.
Company laptop and allowance for any necessary home equipment.
Daily stipend for commuting to the office and/or meals.
Three company-paid off-sites per year.
Health, dental, vision, life, short-term disability (STD), and long-term disability (LTD) insurances.
401(k) Plan.

Our Principles

Results and delivery: Ship high quality work fast.
Build for the long term: Build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Use AI.
Extreme Ownership: Be an effective Directly Responsible Individual (DRI). Be proactive.
Be a team player: Be an effective and kind colleague providing credible challenge. Be present and reliable.
Talent research indicates that women are often less inclined than men to apply for a role unless they have experience in 100% of the listed skills. However, this list is only a guide. We welcome your application even if you feel you meet around 75% of the requirements. At Crossmint, we believe skills can be learned, and diversity makes us stronger.
We work to foster a respectful environment where each person can be their authentic self, free from harassment, racism, and any form of discrimination. We proudly uphold our commitment to diversity and inclusion as an equal opportunity employer, and this policy applies to all employment practices within our organization.
Please note that Crossmint never conducts AI-based interviews, and all of our processes include an initial video call with a team member. Crossmint will not request your personal identification documents or any payment at any point during your interview process. Please stay vigilant about potential fraud. If you receive an email that claims to be from Crossmint but ends with any domain other than @crossmint.com, @crossmint.io or @paella.dev, it is not from us. We own these three domains listed before, and they are the only legitimate ones.
Please let our Talent Team know if you need any assistance completing any forms, or participating in the process.
