Scale Here’s the bit about the opportunity: As part of the EMEA Management team, you will own and manage the sales strategy across Western Europe, playing a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity field. Your team will be targeting businesses from the Crypto-Native and Financial Services industry across the UK, France and Benelux, working closely with the Regional Sales Leaders, Account Executives and Sales Engineers. You’ll be:

Responsible for building and executing the sales team and strategy across Western Europe (UK, France & Benelux) Inspiring your team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Working closely with Fireblocks BDRs and the GTM Team Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers Prospecting, territory, and account planning Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM

You’ll bring:

Deep knowledge and experience of in software or institutional sales, selling into a relevant space of financial services, crypto, blockchain or fintech Experience formalising and supporting the co-sell motion in working with technology partners is preferred An understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency  Track record of over-achievement in an enterprise sales management position Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude Driving your team to prospect and qualify new opportunities Thrives in a team-selling environment Fluent in English
