As the Regional Sales Head (US) for R3’s Labs business, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth and market expansion.

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Head with a passion for DeFi to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales efforts across North America. This role will focus on closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales within the financial services sector, specifically within capital markets or other related domains and have in-depth knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Blockchain, Digital Assets, and DeFi solutions.

Responsibilities

    • Drive new business across financial institutions, leveraging your network to close enterprise deals.
    • Act as the face of R3 Labs in the US: own the sales cycle from lead to close, including RFPs and negotiations.
    • Ensure that all deals are closed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
    • Build strong relationships with the Solana Foundation and ecosystem companies to unlock opportunities.
    • Collaborate with engineering, product, and services teams to deliver client solutions.
    • Track pipeline and performance in Salesforce; provide market feedback to inform strategy.
    • Represent R3 Labs at client meetings and industry events (travel up to 20%).
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence in the US, leveraging your pre-existing network of financial contacts.

Skills & Qualifications

    • 10+ years enterprise sales into financial institutions; 3+ years in Digital Assets/Crypto/DeFi.
    • Established networks and relationships across the North American region, especially within the Digital Assets space.
    • Proven record of closing complex, high-value deals involving partner companies.
    • Excellent relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start up-like environment.
    • Willingness to travel within the US region as needed (up to 20%).
    • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM).
