XION now makes it possible, and it's your job to massively scale the pipeline. Role Overview We are seeking an Ecosystem Growth unicorn to spearhead our hyper-localized strategy—building, educating, and engaging communities of developers who are new to Web3. You will develop and execute growth initiatives, cultivate relationships with local communities, and champion XION’s mission to transform the developer landscape in crypto. You will be in the inbound funnel for projects entering the XION ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Planning
Design and implement hyperlocalized growth campaigns to convert traditional developers into the XION Web3 ecosystem. Identify target regions, devise community engagement strategies, and prioritize markets based on strategic impact.
Community Building & Engagement
Organize hackathons, workshops, and meetups in collaboration with local developer communities. Manage XION’s developer community channels (Discord, GitHub, forums) to foster collaboration and support. Cultivate local partnerships with tech hubs, universities, and influencers to bolster adoption.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, and developer relations teams to align growth initiatives with platform updates and launches. Collaborate with external partners—exchanges, ecosystem projects, and community leaders—to expand XION’s reach and influence.
Data-Driven Analysis
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (e.g., developer conversions, retention rates, community engagement). Use insights to refine growth strategies and optimize future campaigns.
Advocacy & Thought Leadership
Represent XION at conferences, speaking engagements, and panels, championing the benefits of Web3 development.
