DAO Ops team is a pivotal group of contributors dedicated to facilitating the operations of the DAO. This involves inventing and implementing efficient processes to ensure seamless decision-making for Lido DAO token holders.

Within Lido, there are various contributor teams working on different projects. Most of these projects require approval from the DAO, a process that can be quite complex. The role of DAO Ops Managers is to assist these teams in smoothly navigating this process.

By providing guidance and support, DAO Ops managers ensure that the necessary steps are taken for proposals to be properly approved and executed within the DAO's governance framework. This involves working closely with contributors to understand their needs, align them with DAO requirements, and facilitate the coordination of tasks to streamline decision-making processes.

This is an asynchronous remote position and hours may vary, but be advised that most meetings occur between UTC 0-+6. If you're applying from a location where these hours are outside your usual working hours, we expect you to adapt to our meeting times.
