Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at engaging, retaining, reactivating users, mitigating churn, and growing the user base in the MENA region.
    • Create personalized and segmented marketing campaigns to target users at different stages of their journey by analyzing user behaviour and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving user retention, product cross-sell and lifetime value.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the regional team and the global lifecycle team, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
    • Design and execute A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies to evaluate the impact and derive actionable insights to continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and user feedback.
    • Develop and maintain a benchmarking framework to track and measure KPIs by utilizing data analytics to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns.
    • Work closely with product, data, and marketing teams to align lifecycle marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    • Manage end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications & in-app messaging.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape in the MENA region.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a related role, preferably in the tech or fintech industry.
    • Strong understanding of the MENA market and cultural nuances.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholders;
