Your mission

Join our close-knit, early-stage distributed team, where we tackle exciting technical challenges and create transformative crypto products that give people peace of mind.

What you will do

  • You will be a part of the newly formed Integration Support Team that works closely with our Integration engineering team.

  • You’ll own and deliver new Integrations (blockchains & exchanges) by using our existing Integrations platform system to scale our Integrations coverage and assist in troubleshooting critical Integrations related issues.

  • Collaborate with engineering, customer experience & product teams within Cointracker.

  • Participate in hiring efforts to help scale the Integration Support Team.

What we look for

  • We are hiring senior backend software engineers with 5+ years of experience to help build and scale our new Integrations support team.

  • Have strong CS and system design fundamentals, write high-quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering. Strong Python knowledge & working with third party API’s is preferred.

  • Familiarity with AWS or GCP & cloud fundamentals is preferred.

  • Drawn to an early-stage, high-growth startup environment.

  • Ability to read blockchain data / understanding of web3 strongly preferred.

  • Background in data engineering domain and closely working with customer support team is a plus.

  • Able to work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM Pacific Timezone.
