Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop overseas business expansion plans, lead the entire collaboration process—from resource connection, negotiation, and contract signing to implementation—ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Industry Resource Integration: Establish deep connections with overseas blockchain projects, institutions, media, and industry associations to drive resource sharing, brand endorsements, and other partnerships that enhance industry influence.
• KOL & Project Collaboration: Identify and engage high-quality overseas blockchain Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), developer communities, and promising projects, designing innovative collaboration formats such as joint events and content partnerships.
• Project Management & Optimization: Track the performance of signed partnerships, regularly review data, and refine cooperation models to maximize resource value.
• Market Insights & Strategy Iteration: Research overseas market trends, competitor dynamics, and regulatory policies, generate analysis reports, and adjust BD strategies to seize emerging market opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of overseas business development experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading blockchain-related collaborations.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) for professional communication.
• In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, public chain ecosystems, and related fields.
• Experience in Web3 community operations, or project incubation.
• Ability to analyze collaboration ROI through on-chain data, social media metrics, and other quantitative indicators.
• Open to candidates with customer service experience in the similar industry.
