About this Role

TogetherCrew started as a tool to help community managers. We built robust analytics with data from Discord, Telegram, Discourse, Notion, etc. We developed advanced reputation scores and created an agentic system that can automatically answer community member questions or provide summaries. However, through this journey we have grown disenchanted with the community market and are now exploring a pivot.

We have funding, a good development team, but have lost the business lead who burnt out. This is where you come in. We’re looking for an energetic entrepreneur who can lead the charge to build together a new TogetherCrew. You get a solid tech team, a runway generated from revenue, and great infrastructure to build agent systems. If you succeed, very significant ownership is on the table too.

What you will do

• Lead strategy: shape the product’s vision and roadmap with the backing of the RnDAO venture support team.

• Growth: oversee user research, customer development, sales, and marketing. Get your hands dirty doing “things that don’t scale” to validate the venture, generate revenue, and then hire to scale.:

• Commitment: Full-time or near full-time.

• Location: Remote

• Compensation: Equity/studio ownership + venture upside (and salary where applicable).
  

About TogetherCrew

The problem

People are overwhelmed with noisy telegram chats, Discords, forums, etc etc etc. AI can help us make sense of this data for knowledge management, reputation, project management, and more. but we need to find the entry point.

Traction

Over 100 communities have deployed our analytics, including Optimism, Near, Arbitrum, and Eigen Layer. We have about a year runway thanks to a contract to deliver a Reputation System for SingularityNET.

Together was accepted into TechStars as one of 12 projects selected from 750 applications.

We have a capable tech team and agentic infrastructure ready to build the next iteration.

Current Team

Cyrille (Tech Lead): 8 years as CTO & Founder of a succesful B2B venture(Cyrille's LinkedIn, GitHub)

Behzad (Backend Engineer): 5+ years in IoT, streaming, and Web3 collaboration(Behzad's GitHub)

Amin (Data scientist): specializing in LLM AI models and Explainable AI methods(Amins' Twitter, GitHub)

• A founder or builder with startup/venture or DAO experience.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and delivering results.

• Able to bridge Web3, regenerative systems, and real-world entrepreneurship.

• Aligned with our mission to re-architect the economic paradigm.

• You’ve shipped SaaS, AI or crypto products—PM, engineer, designer or GTM lead.

• Fluent in rapid hypothesis testing and customer discovery.

• Burning to fix a collaboration pain you’ve lived, or keen to dive into one of ours.

• Ready to commit full-time within 30 days and thrive in a cooperative, token-aligned culture.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior founding, venture-backed or accelerator experience.

• Thought leadership in future-of-work or open-source communities.
