We are looking for a Product Operations Associate to join our DeFi team to coordinate updates and requests from stakeholders. This is a great entry level position for someone to learn operations and project coordination of running one of the largest finance apps in the world. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members in order to grow DeFi offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate releases of products and features
- Work with different stakeholders to gather requirements
- Improve upon existing process
- Review escalated issues from the user community and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate well with people at all levels
- Familiar with spreadsheets and basic data tracking tools
- An analytical and data-driven work >
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills
- At least 2 years of project coordination experience or equivalent. We are looking for candidates at multiple seniority levels
