Operations Program Manager
(Singapore)
Cake DeFi is a crypto cash flow company. We enable our users to generate cash flow on their crypto through staking, liquidity mining and lending. We are continuing to grow and build in this crypto bear market and we want to strengthen our internal ops PM capabilities.
We are looking for an experienced/program manager who is passionate about crypto/blockchain and keen to help us build strong internal tools and automation to help us scale.
Operations is where the magic happens! It’s where the rubber meets the road, where we own the customer relationship and strive every day to improve their experience on the platform.
We monitor and optimize fund flows, we design and tweak our KYC/KYB processes, we provide direct and indirect support and we build the internal tools and processes to ensure our growth happens on a solid foundation. Best place to really understand what it takes to run a high growth business!
Qualifications:
- Experience with project implementation and program management in complex environments
- Affinity with crypto/blockchain
- Experience in a regional/global operations role running performance driven programs
- Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders across various levels and functions
- Degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- Experience in consulting or tech with business analytics tools
Your focus areas will be:
- Work with internal stakeholders to map strategic business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to our internal teams: map out processes, identify API opportunities, implement new tools, improve processes
- For new tools implementation: build the business case, map out all the processes, discuss and assemble the team, map out the systems and ensure tools are implemented as seamless as possible
- Help our data team build the right data pipelines and infrastructure to scale and automate
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing and high-scale crypto startup company distributed across Asia and Europe with our main headquarter in Singapore.
You’ll be helping us grow from 140 to multi-hundred people over the next few years and will build an entire foundation for scale.
