Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
- Manage product development process (product discovery, business requirement consolidation, prioritization, UAT and releases) to enrich the product capability and achieve product-market fit
- Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features promptly
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, or related field
- 5 years or above experience in product management in FX trading, crypto trading or fintech field.
- With domain knowledge in DeFI, blockchain, NFTs, Web 3 is highly preferred.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies
- Data-driven and user-centric mindset with problem-solving skills
- Good command of both Mandarin and English
