What We’re Building

We are a remote team building a capital-efficient synthetic asset protocol. Initially, we plan to launch a line of crypto implied volatility products and expand to facilitate a broad range of synthetic assets across multiple verticals.

We are looking for a motivated operations manager familiar with the blockchain space (in particular DeFi) with demonstrable experience helping grow teams and keep them working efficiently.

Important! We need someone willing to wear (or learn to wear) many different hats, including outside of the operations vertical.

Responsibilities

• Support executives in any tasks needed, including operations, hiring, bizdev, marketing, research, and whatever else is needed on a day-to-day basis! (we don’t expect you to have experience with everything but we do expect a desire to learn)
• Own key components of the planning and execution of the company’s operational framework as we scale
• Develop onboarding processes
• Create feedback loops in the spirit of continuous improvement
• Develop innovative ways to track, measure, and report company and team goals
• Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders, assist with cross-functional initiatives, and manage multiple priorities to support business execution and alignment

Qualifications

• Capable of applying your skills across a variety of areas; inflexible specialists need not apply
• We believe in processes and the power of planning, but you will often have to roll with the punches and prioritize the most impactful tasks on the fly
• Minimum 2-3 years in operations, including work experience at a startup or small, fast-paced company
• Proven success working in complex environments
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Work experience in blockchain is also preferred

Nice-to-Haves

• Demonstrated interest in the Ethereum/Blockchain/DeFi landscape
• Keeping tabs on emerging and transitioning businesses, industry news
• Conducted competitive analysis
