What we're looking for

As the Chief Hype Officer (CHO) at Orderly Network, you will be at the forefront of our marketing and community engagement efforts, driving excitement and awareness for our DeFi products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team and executive leadership to develop and execute strategies that amplify our brand, attract new users, and foster a vibrant community of supporters.

What will you be working on?

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive hype strategy aligned with the company's objectives, target audience, and market trends.

Content Creation: Produce engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, videos, and memes, to generate buzz around our products and initiatives.

Community Engagement: Build and nurture a strong community of supporters, influencers, and advocates through various channels such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Twitter.

Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with other projects, influencers, and media outlets to expand our reach and enhance our brand visibility.

Events and Campaigns: Plan and execute exciting events, campaigns, and competitions to engage our community and attract new users.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to refine our messaging and tactics.

Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our hype efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Crisis Management: Act as a spokesperson for the company during times of crisis or controversy, effectively managing communication and mitigating negative sentiment.

What tech stacks/skills will you be using?

Proven experience in marketing, community management, or related roles within the cryptocurrency or DeFi space. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and cryptocurrency markets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Creative mindset with a passion for generating innovative ideas and driving excitement around our brand. Data-driven approach to decision-making, with proficiency in analyzing metrics and drawing actionable insights. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
