Our NYC office is looking for an Executive Assistant! This is a multi-faceted role combining the responsibilities of Office Manager and Executive Assistant. You will have full ownership over the maintenance and organization of Primitive's workspaces, both physical and digital.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the NYC office.
- Manage office supply inventory and handle orders when necessary.
- Work alongside executives to develop and maintain both in-person and remote workspaces.
- Manage budget for physical office and digital workspaces.
- Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organizing documents and communication channels, and completing any other tasks that help our team perform at their best.
- Exhibit values of clear communication, positive energy, continuous learning, and efficient execution.
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Experience managing spreadsheets for inventory and project management purposes.
- Interest in building tech project management skills through increased administrative responsibilities within a growing software company.
- You love mentoring, volunteering, and/or teaching.

Compensation will be highly competitive and commensurate with experience. This is a full time role which includes health insurance and other benefits.
