We build SaaS and DaaS solutions to convert crypto asset data into auditable information to support portfolio management, sub-ledger, risk, analytical and other financial reporting. Position Summary

Lukka Product Team plays a critical role in building the next generation of blockchain data solutions and products. You will work closely with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to build cryptocurrency native products and new experiences. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global commerce through cryptocurrency and help us achieve our mission of creating institutional-grade cryptocurrency data solutions for the world.

As a product specialist on the blockchain data team your role will comprise of various activities but preliminary focused on public blockchain data. It will require understanding the complexities of data structures across different blockchain platforms. You can expect your days to include research, data analysis, reconciliation, database architecture, API design, MVP design, prototype, vendor management and analysis, product sprint management, and more. 

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with engineers, designers and leadership to design & deliver blockchain data products that advance the Lukka mission
• Research, understand and analyze new technology in the DeFi space, and design integration plans for new product/solution features 
• Drive adoption of crypto-first product features, working closely with partners on product teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to craft new products and product features
• Own the quality of the product and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality to deliver best in class products
• Evaluate 3rd party data providers for integration into new or existing products
• Add positive energy in every meeting, and make your coworkers feel included in every interaction

What We are looking for

• You have at least 1-3 years of experience in product management or elsewhere in a similar capacity (product-minded engineer or entrepreneur)
• You have a technical understanding of blockchain technology and are passionate about the crypto ecosystem, be it decentralized finance, NFTs, identity, staking, or more
• You’re passionate about building institutional-grade blockchain data solutions
• You’re familiar with SQL and a programming language (eg. Python/Java)
• You’re an excellent communicator, comfortable talking to individual contributors, executive leadership and customers
• You have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, are a self-starter and an analytical problem solver
• You have the ability to find the right balance between perfection and shipping quickly

Key Qualifications

• Education level: BS/BA degree (preferably in Computer Science)
• Experience: software product development and working with blockchain technology
• Specific skills: deep analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, design thinking, prototype, interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
