ROLE MISSION As a Product Owner, you hold the sole responsibility over the roadmap of your team, daily operations, project execution, and how risks are addressed. You will have regular exposure to senior management, and be relied upon as the go-to person in your product.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We are looking for entrepreneurial and passionate Product Owners to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast paced company and industry. As a Technical Product Owner for the Crypto team, you will be responsible for developing and successfully launch new Crypto products that bridge the gap between the traditional banking world and DeFi ecosystems. You will drive the introduction of new Crypto products, and be at the forefront of Revolut's ambition to become a global leading player in the Crypto space.

You will be working together with some of the most talented developers, designers and operations manager in the world to make complex Crypto products available to everyone with the best possible customer experience

You will own end-to-end one of our products in crypto - from scoping to to post deployment remediation, identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy. You will understand customer needs & pain points and gather product requirements. You will manage a cross-functional team of developers, designers, operations managers.

You will set your team's goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with Revolut’s mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research and company strategy, completely own your team's products, existing or new, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance, have technical discussions with engineers regarding approaches, requirements, and more.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED Passion for the Crypto industry and at least general knowledge in Crypto industry 3+ years of total work experience in highly competitive environments (e.g., tech, consulting) 3+ years of proven success leading technical products (such as platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, embedded systems, robotics etc.) 2+ years of experience in managing people (Product Owners at Revolut directly manage engineering, operations, and design) Outstanding written and oral communication skills High analytical and technical acumen along with strong business sense that guides ROI based prioritisation Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, users, and partnersHave a bias to action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitant to roll up your sleeves and be hands on Experience leading product development from zero to first release and beyondProvide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
