Responsibilities
- Define and lead the market expansion plan for Russia market
- Ensure strong coordination with marketing, operation, and product team
- Build and lead local expansion team, align with the global growth and shape the team structure
- Manage the budget, and monitor the performance to meet the business goals
- Connect WOO Network team to local connections, and help the Venture team to build up local ecosystem
Requirement
- 3-5 years of crpyto industry, or proven success in a similar role
- With the experience of leading growth for marketing or operation in Russia
- Fluency in Russian & English is mendatory; bonus points for knowing other languages
