What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support our growth. In this position, you will collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate operations capabilities across the organization. Responsibilities will include market making, providing liquidity on our partner exchanges, market analysis, risk mitigation, and a variety of other tasks to drive forward the company’s objectives. You will report directly to our Operations Manager.

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how the blockchain and crypto industries function from an operational and analytical perspective. They should also have impeccable organizational skills and thrive in a distributed work environment. If you enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere where you can make an impact on a variety of diverse, company-wide initiatives, this is an ideal position for you.

What You Will Do

• Provide liquidity and monitor spread on our partner exchanges
• Collaborate closely with our partner exchanges in order to ensure that SLA are met
• Execute strategies to mitigate market risks
• Conduct market analysis in order to identify gaps, drive business outcomes, and increase efficiency
• Support expansion activities (investments, business development, etc.)
• Provide additional ad hoc operational support to the team as necessary

Essential Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in a cross-functional role while also thinking strategically and providing practical advice to the business
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work atmosphere and to multitask while being highly attentive to detail
• Take the initiative to complete all tasks individually but also collaboratively in a timely way, creatively solving problems when necessary
• Handle data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Any other additional language skills
• Experience in a tech start up or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology
• Prior remote work experience
