The ideal PsyOptions designer would help guide our products from concept through shipping, working alongside a cross-functional team including community and memes masters, design-engineers, web3 protocol experts, quants and options experts too.

They must work in Figma with component based design and be focused and trained in User Centric design.

We have great initiatives underway, ready to break-ground on our new flagship web UI (https://github.com/mithraiclabs/psyoptions-euros-UI) and we're welcoming leaders and contributors to help us accelerate and ship.

As a team we're big on web3 culture and remotely distributed across North America. Enthusiastic, hungry, and we're flexible too. Contractual, part time, even full time. Want to join and help us grow?

Portfolios are welcome of course, but we also welcome you to share with us some stories. About end-to-end product design work you're proud of. And how you might operate, from research to discovery to visual design and engineering implementation support. We'd love to hear what you've shipped, and how you accomplished it. Ever write any code? And what are your favorite mental-models for user interaction? Agile user stories, personas, jobs-to-be-done?

No portfolio? No problem 🤓 People early in their design career are welcome to apply too as there are multiple opportunities. Perhaps you could choose a couple products from the web3 and web2 spaces and break them down for us as a pitch deck or shareable google doc analysis. Or choose a problem from the web3 options space, and pitch some solution plans to us. Our GitHub repo is rich with issues and we'd accept content and pull-requests that address those items. Shoot us some memes, and connect them to product growth.

Or come up with an application >

We're flexible and want to ship product as fast as crypto is evolving... how bout you?
