WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to build effective user experiences.
- Research user behaviors/insights, define problems, launch new products/features and innovative solutions.
- Contribute to and participate in our design critique. Providing and receiving feedback to the team
- Contribute to the direction of Ava Labs, Avalanche, and other ecosystem product design
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5+ years of professional experience
- A love for finding simple solutions to complex problems
- Understanding of UX patterns, best practices, and design standards for iOS, Android, and Web
- Strong Figma skills
- Ability to clearly communicate design concepts and decisions
- Experience with building and contributing to design systems
- A low ego, collaborative, and open-minded attitude
- Desire to continually improve yourself and the team as designers
- A strong portfolio that represents your full design process.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies is a plus
- Illustration skills are a plus
- Motion design skills are a plus
