About us
At Fair.xyz, we are creating a new NFT launch experience for both collectors and creators; fairly, gas war-free, and on-chain. Fair.xyz aims to make a one-stop-shop for NFTs and become the Amazon Marketplace of Web3. We are starting with digital art, but we’re expanding to tackle digital wearables, social tokens, music, architecture, fashion, and much more.

Fair.xyz was founded by a group of engineers from Meta, Instagram, and Goldman Sachs, leveraging our industry experience to build the best consumer products in Web3.

We are looking for a passionate designer who you will take full ownership over the branded communications between Fair.xyz, the NFT Community and wider online world.
You will be spending your day-to-day immersing yourself within the NFT eco-system, community, culture and beyond. We looking for a candidate to be energised by community engagement, creative thinking and storytelling through visual communication.

What you'll do at Fair.xyz...
- Be a leader within your area, responsible for building and defining our brand’s entire visual identity and tone.
- Create visually compelling, ‘scroll stopping’ brand assets and content as fast pace, for all external communication touch points; from 2D/3D graphics, infographics, multimedia content and copy.
- Work extremely closely with our Marketing Lead and Product Designer, to help collaborate and create a cohesive visual and communication strategy.
- Create and implement scaling design systems to increase efficiency and output of branded assets.
- Support the launching, testing and optimisation of paid social campaigns.
- Assist with social media KPI tracking and reporting for campaigns and channels.
- Remain up-to-date with the latest internet cultures, social media trends and digital technologies, especially from the Web3 world.
What we're looking for someone that...
- Must have a passion for digital design and visual aesthetics. Most likely you'll have at least 2-3 +years of industry experience.
- Pursues and maintains an exceptional level of craft with the highest design standard and an attention to detail.
- High level of skill in design and motion programs (Figma, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign).
- Brings energy and enthusiasm to all elements of their role.
- Proactively seeks to challenge themselves in their work.
- Has excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Stay current with online marketing channels, social and cultural trends and emerging digital techniques.
- Is a collaborative team player.
- Is experimental in their approach and relentlessly learning new skills.
- Has great time management and organisation.
- Appreciates the start-up hustle, meaning you’re willing to go above and beyond your job title and role.
- Self-motivated and ambitious.
- All candidates must able to submit and present a robust portfolio of brand assets and multimedia design.
- Bonus - Strong knowledge of the NFT Terrain and community and possesses great copywriting skills.
