As a multimedia designer, you'll have the opportunity to craft a variety of animated content, including brand animations, social media visuals, tutorials, and meme content that captivate and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in animation and video making, with a strong understanding of motion design principles and techniques. This role requires someone who can act swiftly, adapt to fast-paced deadlines, and stay ahead of industry trends in real-time. You’ll need to be able to work remotely, preferably within the North America or Europe time zone, and communicate effectively with teams across global time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a wide range of animated content, including brand animations, social media visuals, tutorial videos, memes, and more.
- Collaborate with the Creative Designer and Marketing Team to develop and execute animated concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure all animations maintain a high standard of art sense and align with the brand’s visual identity.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Review and make necessary adjustments to animations based on feedback from the team.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in animation, motion design, video development and video editing.
- Proficiency with animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, Blender, etc.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce animations with perfect art sense.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Requirements:
- Must be based in the NA or EU time zone to ensure alignment with team schedules.
- Understanding of the blockchain industry and its trends.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of animation projects, particularly in digital marketing.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
