About the role

We are actively recruiting a proficient Full Stack Engineer for a key role as a Web3 Internal Tooling Specialist, dedicated to achieving the ultimate objectives of expediting development timelines and constructing internal products for widespread use among engineers. As an Internal Tooling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in actively identifying bottlenecks in the development phase and spearheading the design and implementation of solutions aimed at streamlining deployment processes. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a robust background in backend development, advanced skills in API design, and a profound understanding of web3 workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Internal Tooling Development: Design, develop, and consistently maintain internal tools tailored to accelerate development timelines and facilitate the construction of internal products for engineers' use.
• Bottleneck Identification: Actively engage in the identification of bottlenecks during the development phase, employing a proactive approach to alleviate challenges.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Provide design and implementation of innovative solutions focused on streamlining deployment processes, optimizing development speed, and enhancing internal tool functionality.
• Backend Development: Leverage a robust background in backend development to ensure the efficiency and scalability of internal tools.
• API Design Expertise: Demonstrate advanced skills in API design, developing interfaces that are both scalable and efficient.
• Understanding of Web3 Workflows: Apply a profound understanding of web3 workflows to guide the development of internal tools and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
