Developer Full Stack Jobs in Web3

Tribute Labs helps create and support a curated network of DAOs using a suite of open-source tools. We’ve helped build and continue to underpin DAOs that extend across the Web3 ecosystem (and are helping to launch one to two new highly curated DAOs each month). The DAOs within our network are some of the largest in the space, including The LAO, Flamingo DAO, Neptune DAO, Neon DAO, Red DAO, Ready Player DAO, Noise DAO,, MUSE0, and Dark Horse DAO.

We’re also developing a best-in-class DAO framework to enable the creation of more modular and lower-cost DAOs for everyone. We’re focused on building bleeding edge DAO-tooling to make coordination easier and help DAOs grow faster.

The Role
We’re an optimistic and thoughtful team, who have been working on Ethereum since its inception. We’re looking for a talented, hungry, and eager full-stack engineer who wants to sit on the bleeding edge of crypto and change the way people organize on the Internet.

We understand that the Web3 stack is new to most. If you have experience, great! If you don’t, no sweat – in this role, you’ll learn how to work in a Web3 environment and build critical components of it. If you want to jump into the heart of DAOs, we’re the team for you.

The Role:

In this role, you’ll have a great degree of responsibility and ownership over your work product and the ability to weigh in on the creation, design, and execution of future products.

Our ideal candidate has:

• A proven knowledge of successful design, architecture, and development with large data volumes
• Fluency in Typescript, with bonus points for Solidity
• Experience with Docker and comfortable owning the full stack
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and understand cryptographic primitives, such as hashing, signing, and merkle trees
• The ability to work remotely (we’re a remote-first company)
• If you don’t meet this ideal, know we believe deeply in training and development and will give you some flexibility to pick up any skills you may need for the role.

Please note, our team is primarily based in the U.S., Switzerland, Brazil, and the U.K., and are currently only considering candidates based between EST (UTC-8) and ICT (UTC+2).
