The Role
To deliver digital solutions for the business, focusing strongly on full-stack application development. To contribute to thought leadership and guidance across both application development and support of the development team, to influence and support processes and practices with the view to deliver rapid yet reliable solutions, embracing a “DevOps” way of working.

etika are a quickly growing business and are looking to expand an already successful and well oiled development team. Over the next two years our plans are to invest heavily into our Global Tech and Development team and this role plays an integral part of those plans. We are looking for someone with the passion to grow and develop their career.

Essential Requirements

• A strong JS Development background
• Typescript
• Node.js
• React
• Experience with APIs & Microservices

Desirable Skills

• Advanced React (hooks, suspense, state management, patterns such as compound components, CSS-in-JS, understand reconciliation and testing)
• AWS experience (S3, Kinesis, CloudWatch, Lambdas, DynamoDb, SNS, SES, SQS
  etc)
• Experience with testing (Unit, Functional and E2E)
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Payment gateway integration experience (Adyen, Stripe, etc)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling such as terraform
• Cassandra
• Blockchain
• Modern CI tooling
