What you might be doing:
- Document Requests: Obtaining official & legalized documents for submission to the relevant authorities;
- Internal documentation management: Filing both digital and hard copies of contracts and legal documents, tracking relevant deadlines;
- Obtaining wet-ink signatures;
- Mail Handling: dispatching incoming and outgoing mail & packages, including processing customs requests & fees, and managing shipping materials;
- Various other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
What you might bring:
- Academic background or professional experience in Administration, Human Resources, Legal or similar
- Fluency in French and English
- Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Interest and knowledge of crypto and web3
- Ability to work on site 3 days a week
