Position Overview:
We are seeking an excellent communicator and highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various Scrum teams and their daily tasks within our organisation. The Junior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our product and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1- Scrum Team Management :
- Organise and run scrum meetings, track JIRA Sprints.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on expectations, deliverables and timelines.
- 2- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address and resolve issues raised by the Scrum team.
- 3- Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication within the Scrum team and with stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.
- 4- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Qualifications:
- 1- Must haves:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements.
- 2- Nice to haves:
- PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification.
- Experience as a Project Manager.
