Reporting to the Growth team, the Ecosystem Associate will play a crucial role in growing Eclipseâs burgeoning ecosystem. QualificationsÂ
1-3 years of work experience in a venture/research role, ecosystem role at a noteworthy protocol, or an accelerator/incubator A robust understanding of multiple verticals in crypto and their developments The ability to have in-depth and nuanced conversations about various sectors (DeFi, DePIN, consumer, gaming, AI, etc)Â An extensive network of relationships with builders, developers, and researchers Deep understanding of what makes crypto âtickâ, where the industry is headed, and how successful applications GTMÂ Strong intellectual curiosity in crypto and the industryâs trends Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple work streams at once Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Personable and enjoys talking to builders, developers, on-chain degens; in short, a people person with high EQ and range Enjoys travel and is open to several, extended business trips a year Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Work closely with the Ecosystem team to bring in more protocols to deploy on top of Eclipse and deliver compelling products to end usersâyour KPIâs are application product-market fit and ecosystem active users/onchain activity on Eclipse. Help ecosystem applications with their go-to-market strategy, product direction, and accelerate their growth. Run founder outreach initiatives both in crypto and outside of crypto. Travel to key business regions to build in-person relationships with developers and expand Eclipseâs builder community.
