a) Manage new and existing client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation. b) Manage all campaign timelines and implementation plans c) Continuously liaising with clients/stakeholders to manage expectations d) Managing all aspects of admin of a client account in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are clearly managed and met
2) Team Management;
a) Manage team members across various departments – Creative, Production and Staffing b) Manage a team, ensuring successful delivery of campaigns, time management and deliverables c) Regular check-ins with senior members of the team
3) Finance;
a) Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ongoing reconciliations with client/suppliers/stakeholders b) Liaise with suppliers to source and track campaign costs c) Stick to campaign budget on all campaigns and deliver target GP
4) Client Services;
a) Build strong relationships with your clients, liaising with them on a day-to-day basis b) Attend client meetings c) Look for new opportunities with clients

Candidate Profile
a) 5+ years in an events agency or producing large-scale events b) Strong financial acumen c) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills d) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word e) Very strong attention to detail f) In depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities g) Ambitious and looking to learn and personally develop
Location We are based in Dublin but operate a hybrid working model. We have the infrastructure to allow our team to collaborate in a variety of ways. We do encourage our team to come into the office at least 2-3 day a week but are always flexible with people. Salary Commensurate with experience.
