The Arbitrum Foundation is an organisation based in the Cayman Islands that is tasked with developing and nurturing the Arbitrum ecosystem. This includes Arbitrum One, an Optimistic Rollup, that instantly scales apps, reducing costs and increasing capacity, without sacrificing Ethereum's security and Arbitrum Nova, which allows for ultra-low cost fees by leveraging AnyTrust technology making it ideal for Social and Gaming applications.
Arbitrum today is the leading Ethereum scaling solution with dominant market share including hundreds of apps on the platform and over 50% of all rollup liquidity.
As we continue to grow, managing the operational aspects of our service providers becomes crucial. The Program Manager role is essential for:
Operational Efficiency:
Streamlining the management of service providers to avoid underperformance and ensure maximum leverage.
Regional Expansion:
Facilitating regional expansion by identifying new opportunities and initiatives.
Enhancing scope definition and milestone alignment for each new onboarding.
Internal Coordination:
Coordinating with marketing, devrel, and partnership teams to manage information flow.
Avoiding duplicate efforts and maintaining an internal central database for efficient collaboration.
Responsibilities
- As a Program Manager at The Arbitrum Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in managing contractors, internal databases, and special growth initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Regularly assess and manage the performance of contractors.
- Oversee incoming requests, payment terms, and performance tracking.
- Effectively manage contractor expectations to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and update the internal database for all growth activities.
- Ensure accurate and organized documentation of all foundation-related activities.
- Lead and project manage special growth initiatives from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline information flow about planned growth activities.
- Work closely with the Head of Growth to identify new business development opportunities.
- Leverage deep industry understanding to contribute to the expansion of our ecosystem.
