Responsibilities

• To establish a flow trading business with existing technical infrastructure working with various stakeholders
• Provide organic, deep and the most competitive liquidity to the market for a large spectrum of products
• Integrate the flow business into the major liquidity pool across multiple trading desks
• Ensure risks are properly managed while maximizing profitability

• Previous experience in trading firm/hedge fund/investment bank/exchange (8y+)
• Masters/PhD in Physics/Maths/Applied Maths/Statistics from top schools
• Strong mathematical thinking and numerical analysis skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Energetic individual with desire to push the research in a new and unknown directions while maintaining clarity of purpose and take ownership of strategies and risks
• Solid trading track record in cryptocurrencies would be a big plus.
