We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our pioneering team building the next generation of native cross-platform institutional digital asset management solutions. In this role, you will architect and develop a scalable, reusable cross-platform UI library that ensures a seamless user experience across mobile, desktop, and web platforms. Additionally, you will implement the overall layouts for our native and web applications, translating complex requirements into visually appealing, intuitive, and secure interfaces.  Technologies you’ll work directly with include, but are not limited to TypeScript, React Native, React, React Server Components, Figma, Storybook, Signals, Observables, Shadcn, tRPC, Next.js, Drizzle, PNPM, Turborepo, and Expo. (Go services exposure is a plus.)  WHAT YOU WILL DO

Ship end-to-end features across mobile (React Native/Expo), web (React/Next.js + RSC), and backend (TypeScript/Node)—from design and implementation to telemetry, alerts, and incident response. Create reusable UI systems (components, tokens, themes) with Tamagui + Storybook to ensure consistent, accessible UX across iOS, Android, desktop, and web. Design secure user journeys for custody: strong authN/Z, role-based approvals, device trust/attestation, secure storage, and safe signing flows. Own APIs and data contracts (tRPC/HTTP/GraphQL, WebSockets, webhooks); plan versioning, migrations, and deprecations in a monorepo (Turborepo/PNPM/Bun). Raise reliability and performance via profiling, caching, offline/resume strategies, and robust error handling; define SLOs/dashboards for critical paths. Drive clarity from ambiguity: translate complex requirements into crisp specs and milestones; proactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs. Champion engineering discipline: author ADRs/RFCs, strengthen code review and testing practices, and contribute to paved paths that other teams can adopt. Mentor peers through high-signal design reviews, pairing, and actionable feedback that levels up the team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Cross-Platform Builder: Deep experience shipping React + React Native apps and shared libraries in a monorepo (Turborepo/PNPM/Bun), with nuanced platform understanding. Security-Minded Engineer: Hands-on with iOS Keychain/Secure Enclave, Android Keystore/StrongBox, device integrity/attestation, secure storage, transport security, and the OWASP Mobile Top 10. Clear Communicator: You write clear specs, explain trade-offs, and align stakeholders without heavy oversight. Continuous Learner: You stay abreast of emerging blockchain, Web3, front-end & mobile technologies, and UX/UI trends, enabling our team to tackle challenges with modern solutions. Design Savvy: You have a strong eye for design, with the ability to independently implement components and responsive layouts with little to no design direction. Blockchain & Web3 Enthusiast: You are excited by the potential of blockchain technologies and the challenges of designing and building intuitive and delightful cross-platform applications. Please note Blockchain & Web3 experience is not required.

Salary Range: $158,440.00 to $188,147.50 (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. NYC metro candidates are required to be in office 2-3x/week, with exceptions.)
