Position: NFT Lawyer

We are setting out on an ambitious journey with our NFT project and are in search of a lawyer to lead our brand into the future. Our goal is to create a global brand that seamlessly integrates Web2 and Web3, starting with NFT projects and expanding into music production, an animation studio, game production, merchandise, and many more. We are looking for a highly skilled legal expert who can guide us through the complexities of NFT law, company incorporation, and the broader legal landscape of our diverse business ventures.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal challenges and opportunities within the Web3 space, including blockchain, NFTs, and cryptocurrency, as well as experience in traditional Web2 business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on NFT-related projects, including intellectual property, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the incorporation and structuring of our company, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
- Advise on the legal implications of business activities spanning both Web3 and Web2 environments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to NFT creation, sales, partnerships, and other business dealings.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations in the Web3 space and guide the company through any necessary adaptations.
- Provide legal support in all aspects of our business, from day-to-day operations to strategic decisions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
