Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Rust Engineer with experience in building and scaling distributed systems to join our growing team. If you have a passion for blockchain technology and a strong sense of ownership, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable backend infrastructure to support our growing suite of developer tools and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components with existing systems
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance of our services to handle increasing traffic and load
- Develop monitoring and alerting systems to maintain high levels of system availability and performance
- Continuously improve system architecture, security, and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry standards
- Mentor and support other team members in understanding and implementing complex technical concepts
- Strong proficiency with Rust.
- 5 years of experience with Rust or a similar language (C++, Golang, Java, etc).
- 5 years of experience building & maintaining high-scale production systems.
- Strong proficiency with distributed systems, databases, and high-performance applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, execute at speed, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Startup and/or web3 experience is a bonus.
- Experience that is relevant to Helius is a major advantage.
