Weâre looking for candidates who are currently located in Germany and can be in the office 5 days a week in Frankfurt.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare monthly and quarterly management and board reporting
- Aid in year-end processes: audits, accruals, invoice payments, financial recap
- Ensure ongoing accuracy of the German payroll and benefits
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal HR policies
- Create employment contracts for new hires and ensure new and existing contracts comply with local employment laws
- Maintain compliance with local legislation and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant HR/Finance experience.
- Strong organizational skills
- Comprehensive overview of central areas in HR and Finance
- Data-driven decision making
